MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

ACCIONA has introduced a management system to support our continuous improvement and advances in pollution control.

SISTEMA DE GESTIÓN

Our management system addresses all aspects of our work — financial, technical, legal, environmental and social — in light of our standard processes, providing a framework for continuous improvement and rigorous pollution control.

The system has been audited and certified by AENOR based on international standards ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management Systems). These standards cover both the real estate development process (design and construction management) and the approach through which property assets are held and administered.

CLIENT SATISFACTION

How our clients see us is of great importance to us. To improve our service, we carry out monitoring and analysis to gain insights into the motives behind their decisions.

  • Analysis of non-purchase decisions: Every year, we follow up with clients who showed interest in ACCIONA’s developments but ultimately chose not to purchase a home with us. This analysis is carried out separately for each development.
  • Client satisfaction surveys: We use surveys to gather feedback on every stage of the purchase process: point of sale, signing the contract, valuation, offer and acceptance, how the client feels about their new home and any reflections they’d like to share now that the purchase is complete. These surveys are run annually for all developments delivered over the course of the year.

Results are fed into a dedicated action plan, so any areas for improvement can be addressed.

SUPPLIERS

Supply chains for all ACCIONA developments are closely monitored to ensure that the product we deliver reflects our established standards. As part of this process, suppliers are carefully identified, categorised and evaluated to confirm that our values and priorities are aligned.

We look at a range of criteria, including delivery objectives, quality, administrative and regulatory compliance, sustainability performance, CSR performance and innovation. All contracts and orders, both domestic and international, are conditional on adherence to the ten principles of the UN Global Compact.

Furthermore, our contracts include a clause requiring all suppliers to conform to Spanish legislation on equality. ACCIONA audits our supply chain periodically to verify that our expectations in terms of quality, objectives, timeliness and regulatory compliance are being consistently met.
