ACCIONA applies control and monitoring mechanisms in all real estate developments with respect to its supply chain in order to verify that the product acquired by customers complies with the established requirements.

In this way, we have implemented a procedure for the identification, classification and evaluation of suppliers. This procedure evaluates suppliers on the following criteria: delivery targets, quality, compliance with administrative obligations, compliance with regulations, sustainability criteria, corporate social responsibility criteria and innovation, among others.

ACCIONA requires its national and international suppliers to comply with the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact as an essential condition for the award of a contract or order. Likewise, a special clause in contracts states that suppliers comply with the Equality Act.

ACCIONA periodically audits the supply chain to ensure compliance with quality, objectives, deadlines and regulations.
