Individuals or household units registered in the Registre de Sol·licitants d’Habitatges de Protecció Oficial de Catalunya i Barcelona (RSHPOB) with a valid certificate may apply. If you are not yet registered, you can do so at

Description of the available homes
The area of La Marina del Prat Vermell is an urban zone located in the Sants-Montjuïc district of Barcelona. It is an example of urban regeneration and represents one of the neighborhoods with the greatest potential for residential growth and development in the Catalan capital. It is located 15 minutes from the city center, connected by metro and bus, and has excellent access to major roads, the Port, and Barcelona–El Prat Airport.*

Sales process
ACCIONA will not directly market any of the homes.
The sales process will begin following the announcement published on the website of the Catalan Housing Agency, starting on November 26.
