Las Villas- Sotogrande is an elegant residential development comprising 49 villas, designed in a truly timeless style by the renowned Torras y Sierra architecture studio. These homes offer 3 en-suite bedrooms on the first floor, while the main living-dining room and kitchen spaces are located on the ground floor, in continuity with the outdoor areas belonging to the patio.

Garden homes

They are configured with a more timeless architecture, with volumes that combine with each other over different gardens and platforms, adapting to the topography of the terrain. The 24 semi-detached houses in Sotogrande of this typology each have their own plot with an independent garden and pool, as well as a large pergola that allows the interior space to be extended outward to enjoy Sotogrande’s climate. Most of these houses in Sotogrande have a plot size of over 300 m2.

Detached Homes

There are six units of this typology. They share the same characteristics as the semi-detached ones. These villas in Sotogrande are located in the southern area of the plot, where the terrain slope is more pronounced, and the plots are larger in size, with some exceeding 1000 m2. These homes feature 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a guest toilet.
