The legal basis for the treatment is the execution of the contractual relationship, pre-contractual measures and the maintenance of the relationship established with ACCIONA Inmobiliaria in relation to the sale and customer service. Moreover, to improve the quality of our service, we will make satisfaction surveys available to you which you can decide to complete on a voluntary basis.
The data when you register as a client on the web/after sales service/customer service will be kept as long as you keep your User account as a Customer. If desired, the User may request the cancellation of the service and deletion of their data. Additionally, the data of our contractual relationship will be kept for at least 10 years to meet our guarantee obligations (latent defects insurance). After this period, they will be kept duly blocked to attend to possible responsibilities during the limitation periods of possible legal actions.
We may exchange personal information with service providers, whether they are ACCIONA Inmobiliaria companies or third parties who intervene in the Post-Sale service processes in order to manage the performance of the agreed-upon work through incidents or requests. In these cases, the corresponding data processor agreements are signed whenever necessary, as established by the regulations on matters relating to data protection.
We also inform you that to carry out the aforementioned purposes, computer applications and other services of third-party providers are used. Some of these providers are located outside the European Union, including countries where a legal level of data protection applies that is not comparable to the level of data protection that applies within the EEA, which implies a possible international transfer of data. In any case, such transfers are legitimate and are covered by one of the guarantee mechanisms established by current legislation on data protection, such as having a recognized legal adjustment mechanism, which could include formalizing standard contractual clauses approved by the UE regarding the transfer of personal information and that it is treated in a secure way and in accordance with this privacy policy. However, where appropriate, the acceptance of these privacy terms would imply consent for the possible international transfer of your data necessary to correctly process your request.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability of your data, limitation and opposition to its treatment, before Acciona Inmobiliaria, S.L. by writing to the Data Protection Department, located at C/Anabel Segura 11.
